Task: Supply and Installation of Hardwood Timber Gates at Ardgillan Castle & Demesne.

Fingal County Council is the authority responsible for local government in Fingal, County Dublin. One of the council’s responsibilities is to maintain public interest sites like Ardgillan Castle. For this project the council required the supply and installation of four sets of large hardwood timber gates in the walled garden at Ardgillan Castle and Demesne.

These gates were to replicate the originals that had been in place for hundreds of years. Burke Bros. Joinery partnered closely with Fingal County Council in completing a successful project on time and within budget. These Hardwood Timber gates are of significant scale and were expertly installed by our master craftsmen in this historic site.
