Task: Supply and Installation of Traditional Arched Hardwood Doors & Sliding Doors
The Office of Public Works is responsible for Ireland’s most important heritage sites ranging from the Rock of Cashel to Skellig Michael. For this project the OPW required the supply and installation of traditional arched hardwood doors and sliding doors at the Boyne Visitor Centre located in the 18th century Oldbridge House. The doors were to replicate the originals that had been in place for hundreds of years.
Burke Bros Joinery partnered closely with the OPW team in completing a successful project on time and within budget. These Hardwood Doors are of significant scale and were expertly installed by our master craftsmen in this magnificent historic site.
